This was purchased from the ground breaking Elvis Presley Museum auction. Butterfield and Butterfield June 18 and 19,1994 In Las Vegas, San Francisco and Los Angeles. Lot 571 page 107 of the auction catalogue known amongst collectors as the 'BLUE BOOK.'
